Akceptacja warunków
Korzystając z aplikacji Repstack, akceptujesz niniejszy Regulamin. Do korzystania z aplikacji stosuje się również standardowa umowa licencyjna Apple (EULA), dostępna pod adresem: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Subskrypcja Repstack Pro
- Repstack Pro jest oferowany jako automatycznie odnawiająca się subskrypcja (miesięczna lub roczna).
- Opłata jest pobierana z Twojego konta Apple ID po potwierdzeniu zakupu.
- Subskrypcja odnawia się automatycznie, o ile nie zostanie anulowana co najmniej 24 godziny przed końcem bieżącego okresu.
- Konto zostanie obciążone za odnowienie w ciągu 24 godzin przed końcem bieżącego okresu.
- Subskrypcją możesz zarządzać i anulować ją w Ustawieniach swojego konta Apple ID po zakupie.
- Jeśli oferowany jest bezpłatny okres próbny, jego niewykorzystana część przepada w momencie zakupu subskrypcji.
Zastrzeżenie zdrowotne
Repstack dostarcza ogólne programy treningowe i nie zastępuje porady lekarskiej. Ćwiczysz na własną odpowiedzialność. Przed rozpoczęciem programu treningowego skonsultuj się z lekarzem, zwłaszcza jeśli masz problemy zdrowotne. Przerwij ćwiczenie, jeśli poczujesz ból lub zawroty głowy.
Własność
Treść programów, teksty i grafika w aplikacji Repstack są własnością dewelopera i nie mogą być kopiowane ani rozpowszechniane bez zgody.
Ograniczenie odpowiedzialności
Aplikacja jest dostarczana „tak jak jest". W maksymalnym zakresie dozwolonym przez prawo deweloper nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za szkody wynikające z korzystania z aplikacji.

By using Repstack, you agree to these Terms of Use. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Repstack Pro subscription
- Repstack Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Repstack provides general fitness programs and is not a substitute for medical advice. You exercise at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting any training program, especially if you have health conditions. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
Ownership
The program content, text, and artwork in Repstack are owned by the developer and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
